What is it?
Saint Honoré is made of a base of caramelised puff pastry, on which lay some caramelised choux (cream puffs). The filling is a mix of crème pâtissière and whipping cream.
Saint Honoré can be made in different sizes (individual or family-size) and different shapes (square, heart, round…)

What to expect?
You will NOT prepare the puff pastry yourself (I make it and bring it for the class) but you will receive the full recipe to make it + some videos for the preparation.
We will
bake & caramelise the puff pastry together,
make the choux
make the crème pâtissière
fill & caramelise the choux
make the whipping cream
pipe both fillings
